The Be More Cheetah mindset: To be first, you must be fast…

In the wild, a missed opportunity means you go hungry. Much like the business world in 2026. But we believe there is a ‘sweet spot’ between “that’ll do” and “absolute perfection” that everyone should be aiming for.
Kill ‘analysis paralysis’ (The 80/20 Rule)
Cheetahs don’t wait for the perfect moment; they wait for the right moment. Most internal marketing teams get bogged down in endless meetings and try too hard to ‘perfect’ a piece of content.
Costs spiral, nobody wins except the ‘fat cat’ agencies charging too many billable hours for something most people will scroll past.
The solution: Adopt a ‘Version 1 is better than none’ mentality. Launch with 80% perfection and refine it over time, based on feedback from followers.
Shorten the feedback loop
Large agencies and slow internal teams suffer from ‘middle-management lag.’
The solution: Implement a ‘15-minute stand-up’ every morning. Identify blockers immediately. If a decision can be made in a message, don't schedule a 30-minute Teams meeting.
Focus on ‘high-velocity’ metrics
Stop obsessing over vanity metrics that take months to move (like follower numbers).
The solution: Focus on ‘sprint metrics’. Click-through rates on new ads, daily lead flow, or instant engagement. Urgency is created when the team can see the needle moving every 24 hours.
Reward small wins quickly
Cheetahs celebrate the kill immediately. In a corporate setting, you often have to wait for the next quarterly review.
The solution: Create a culture of "micro-wins." If a campaign performs well in its first 48 hours, call it out. High-frequency praise creates a dopamine loop that encourages the team to keep the pace high.
Master the art of the pivot
The most impressive thing about a cheetah isn't just its top speed; also its ability to turn on a sixpence. Prey has a funny habit of trying not to be eaten.
The solution: If an ad isn't working after 3 days, kill it. Don't let ‘sunk cost fallacy’ slow you down. Teaching your team that it’s okay to fail fast removes the fear that causes hesitation.
