What we don't do: The usual fat cat agency stuff... And PR
We don't do:
Golf. We don't do meetings about meetings. We don't have a pick n mix counter in reception. We don't even have a reception. (We tried that once then we realised that everyone would prefer us to come to them.)
We don't do junior account handlers who are way out of their depth. We don't do in-house studios: We'd rather leave that work to a hand-picked global team of freelance professionals.
We don't do networking, it's too much like hard work. We don't do team building exercises. We don't do awards. We don't do shameless self promotion. (You can see our results here).
We don't do long lunches, you're always buying one way or the other. We don't do buzzwords. We don't put any honey on it whatsoever. If we implore you to do something it's because that's the right thing to do. Even if you get annoyed. We don't do the pitch and then hand you off to someone far less qualified.
We don't do new business pitches when it's busy - our clients come first every time. We don't treat multinationals any differently than solo start-ups. We don't give up. We never give in.
And we don't do PR: That's as much about who you know as what you know...
