STRATEGY:

In Blackpool PCT region the cost of 'waste medicines' is astronomical.

 

We were genuinely shocked at the cost involved.

 

So we set about figuring out how many midwives, nurses and neurosurgeons the PCT could afford to hire if it wasn't for the waste medicines bill.

 

The we created the messaging so anyone could see how that wasted money could be better spent.

OUTCOME:

We hope it worked as intended but we were never given feedback on the results.
