A leading light in travel and hospitality HR and Training, Debbee Dale took our advice and set up under her actual name, such was her reputation in the industry. She was deeply concerned about this at first, but after some thought, agreed it was best.
STRATEGY:
At one point, Debbee asked "What should I call the business? I have a few ideas..." Steve replied without hesitation: "Debbee Dale Development." Everyone in travel knew of or knew Debbee and everyone loved her, so it seemed to make perfect sense.
We positioned the brand across:
• Branding and logo device
• Website and social media
• All online and printed sales aids and stationery
OUTCOME:
Ten years later, Debbee remains a leading light is travel and hospitality HR and Coaching and earns much more than she used to.
