We knew they existed in a crowded market with well-established competition.
But whilst the market focused and competed on fixtures and fittings, we concentrated on build quality and value. What the outdoor space would offer on an emotional level.

We focused on delivering value for the owner, and also on the value add for the property or business.
We targeted farmers, empty nesters and the very well off.​
