Rolling out Superfast Fibre Broadband to SME's
STRATEGY: (We used to be called Zestisbest, before 27 (I know) other UK agencies had Zest somewhere in the name...
Superfast Lancashire was an ERDF funded initiative between BT and Lancashire County Council designed to maximise uptake of superfast fibre broadband amongst SME's in Lancashire.
We were tasked with creating 'marketing workshops' attended by SME's from the region.
Our approach was to show SME's "how to cut the lady in half" so to speak. We would begin by asking: "What do you have the most of? Time, patience or money?"
We would then proceed to explain the options, dependent on the answers received, to best go about the somewhat confusing task of sales and marketing. A 'look behind the curtain' on best practice and resources that were either free or very low cost.
Despite this, we always picked up new work from attendees who would argue "I haven't got time for all this, have you got a card?"
OUTCOME:
Rave reviews and many new clients as a result of our work... Watch the video :)
