We were recommended to The Phillips Screw Company's UK Team. The goal was simple: Achieve long-term listings in UK Builders Merchants Travis Perkins and Jewson.

What we did

We quickly worked out that in the 'Better' category*, Phillips Screws offered superior performance - but in terms of price and logistics, all three contenders were pretty similar. But both were weak on social media. We realised that this is where we could win: With engaging and frequent content that was better than theirs.

The results

We won - the long-term UK-Wide listings were acquired and they now account for 90% of the UK's turnover.​
