A 61% increase in SME customer sign-ups




STRATEGY:
NOW: Pensions were struggling to connect with SME's on the subject of Workplace Pensions. SME's had done little to prepare. SME's weren't 'getting it'.
And let's face it - nobody wakes up and thinks "Workplace Pensions to sort today - yippee!".

We knew we needed a popular figurehead who would 'demystify' it all. So we courted and enlisted TV Personality and Singer Stacey Solomon.
She effortlessly made complicated aspects of auto enrolment as clear as day.
We used social media, outdoor video billboards and TV to spread the word.
We followed up with re-targeting offering free and easy-to-use online toolkits.​ Just to be sure, we tested it in the Meridian region before rolling it out...
OUTCOME:
"We saw an immediate impact on the performance of the region versus the UK as a whole.
We saw 61% more sign-ups. Net lead growth was up 18%. Given the positive results we are now live with a second campaign."​
