BAE Systems have embarked upon the biggest change in IT infrastructure in their history. The multi-million pound investment relied equally upon technology and the support of employees. Due to a lack of effective communication about the changes, employees feared the worst. The rumour mill began to churn.

Explained why change was necessary and reminded employees how important they were to the success of the project. How change would make BAE Systems more competitive and capable of winning large contracts. Ambient media, BAE Systems intranet and live events get the message across and keep people involved and supportive of the changes.
An end to the rumour mill and a dramatically more engaged workforce who felt valued and appreciated.
